• Deliveries are carried out early morning as per the designated route patterns between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• Prices for farm milk and dairy products are reviewed periodically based on farm operational costs and quality benchmarks.
• All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically stated.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices with prior announcement.

3. Payment & Security

• Online payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways including Razorpay, UPI, cards, and net banking.
• In case of payment failure or technical disconnection, transactions are settled as per bank policies.

4. Order Rescheduling & Pausing

• You can pause or modify daily subscription quantities via our mobile application before 7:00 PM the previous evening.

5. Refer & Earn Program

• Referral benefits are valid for distinct addresses and newly registered customer households.
